Terms of Service

By using PostCheck, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country to consent to use online services). If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App and agree to these Terms.

PostCheck is an AI-powered mobile application that analyzes user-submitted photos and content to provide feedback on social media posts. The App uses third-party artificial intelligence services (Anthropic’s Claude API) to deliver insights on photo quality, captions, profile aesthetics, and content strategy.

PostCheck does not guarantee specific results from social media use. Feedback provided is for informational purposes only.

PostCheck offers auto-renewable subscriptions through the Apple App Store:

Available plans, their billing periods, current prices, and any free trial or introductory offer are displayed in the App at the point of purchase. Promotional or returning-user offers may be available and pricing may vary by country, region, and currency exchange rates.

Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Free trial. Where a free trial is offered, it is available to eligible new subscribers as shown at the point of purchase. If you do not cancel during the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your Apple ID will be charged.

Cancellation.You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > PostCheck > Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until that time.

Refunds.All subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple, and we do not issue refunds outside of Apple’s standard policies. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

You retain all rights to photos and content you upload to PostCheck (“User Content”). By using the App, you grant PostCheck a limited, non-exclusive license to process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing AI-powered analysis.

Your photos are sent to Anthropic’s Claude API for analysis. We do not permanently store your photos on our servers. Anthropic may temporarily retain submissions for up to 30 days for safety and quality purposes, after which they are deleted.

You agree not to upload content that:

• Contains illegal material
• Violates the rights of others
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or threatening language
• Contains nudity or sexually explicit material
• Contains malware or harmful code

You may not use PostCheck:

• To violate any local, state, national, or international law
• To infringe upon any intellectual property rights
• To attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the App
• To resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App without permission
• For any purpose that exploits or harms minors

The PostCheck app, including its design, code, branding, and content, is the exclusive property of Vavala Ventures LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

PostCheck uses the following third-party services:

• Anthropic (Claude API) for AI analysis
• Apple App Store for subscription management and payments
• RevenueCat for subscription tracking
• Supabase for backend infrastructure

By using PostCheck, you also agree to the terms of these third-party services.

PostCheck is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific social media outcomes from using the App, uninterrupted or error-free service, or the accuracy of AI-generated feedback.

AI feedback is generated by automated systems and may contain inaccuracies. You should not rely on PostCheck’s feedback as professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vavala Ventures LLC and PostCheck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or damage to your reputation. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Your use of PostCheck is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. Please review it at postcheck.co/privacy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to PostCheck at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms. You may stop using PostCheck at any time by deleting the App from your device.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of California.
